ConditionALL intelligent Leak Monitor

The Leak Monitor is non-intrusive and gives the user a live view of the leakage in a valve. The unit analyze acoustics inside the valve or pipeline to produce a numeric representation of the leak quantity. The leak data is sent to the C-ALL Insight valve monitoring and diagnostics system, where more in depth analysis is done. Trends spanning days, months and years can be investigated, and limits can be set for alerting the user if any valve passing in closed position occurs. C-ALL Insight can be set up offline, in an enterprise network or online in the c-all.cloud.

A leak of a certain magnitude in an emergency shutdown valve in a line producing an explosive product is always a dangerous situation. We can provide leak data integration all the way to the control room, for instant alerting on failed barriers.  

The Leak Monitor is can be ordered as either explosion proof or intrinsically safe, depending on plant design requirements.
